In conformity with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, notice is given that Dominguez Design-Build concluded the contract to repair FMTC Construction 2290, AON Repairs AC-21-C0023-S in Anniston, Alabama, for the Armory Commission of Alabama, Owner, and has submitted a an application for the final settlement of the said Contract. Anyone who has a claims for labor, materials or other items related to the project must immediately inform that the Armory Commission of Alabama, P.O. Box 3711, Montgomery, Alabama 36109-0711.
