Calhoun County, AL Every week, each week, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” indicates that the person did not attend a court hearing and doesn’t necessarily mean that they are that they are guilty of a crime. A “Probation violation” is when a person is found guilty of a crime and is put on probation justices. “SORNA” refers to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to do anything independently, but instead call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to inquire further. There are occasions when warrants can be cancelled and the suspect is not wanted anymore.
