Calhoun County, AL Each week each week, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” signifies that a person has failed to attend a court hearing and doesn’t necessarily mean guilty of a criminal conviction. A “Probation violation” signifies that the person is accused of a crime and put on probation justices. “SORNA” refers to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to do anything independently, but instead call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to inquire further. Sometimes, warrants may be removed and the suspect has been removed from the wanted list.
