It is the CAST Academy of Performing Arts competition team performs Freaky Friday the Musical the brand new One Act Edition based on the 2018 Disney Channel original movie.. This is an upgraded version of the well-loved musical! When a meticulously organized mother and her wild teenage daughter switch bodies, they have only one day to set things back in order. They disguise themselves as one another They must work together to figure out the puzzle of breaking the illusion. In the course of a day as if they were each other’s pranksters, Katherine and Ellie come to understand each other in a way that they couldn’t have ever imagined. At the end of the day, they discover the power of love as well as the force of the bond that exists between mother and daughter in this touching and hilarious adaptation.
