Calhoun County (AL) – The journey to determine this season’s Calhoun County Player Of the Year begins at Silver Lakes.
Calhoun County Golf Tour’s 17th season begins May 6-7 with RTJ Silver Lakes Championship. It follows an almost every-other week schedule. Eight tournaments are available for player points and the Calhoun County Championship will be held at Anniston Municipal in mid-August.
Silver Lakes will also be the location of the traditional season opener, The County Two-Man, April 1 and 2.
Tour director Jeremy McGatha stated, “I always look forward to it.” “This is our 17th anniversary, it feels so fast.
