Calhoun County, AL Calhoun County, ALIn a touching gesture of thanks and support from the community, Cutter’s Pizzeria and Samco have teamed up again to offer lunches free for emergency personnel in Calhoun County. This charitable program, which is running through the week, allows anyone who is a first responder to stop in at Cutter’s Pizzeria at any of their locations to have a meal for free with no obligations required, only an ID badge or uniform to be worn.
The collaboration that was created between Cutter’s Pizzeria and Samco has been an annual event and both establishments will team together for the first time in 2022. The celebration, scheduled during the season of Christmas is designed to show appreciation for the dedication of first responders.
Cutter who is one owner of co-owners at Cutter’s Pizzeria Cutter expressed his gratitude for being selected by Samco once more. “We are extremely grateful that Samco picked us once again to show their support to our emergency responders,”” Cutter stated. “Our first responders are doing amazing, life-saving tasks throughout the year. We are grateful to provide them with an energizing meal during this cold week. It’s a great way to acknowledge their dedication to making a difference in the lives of others.”
The dedication by Cutter’s Pizzeria and Samco to the welfare of the community goes beyond this particular event. Cutter’s Pizzeria recently contributed to the Alexandria food drive and helped families in need within Calhoun County. Calhoun County community. Additionally, Samco made a significant contribution of $30,000 to CASA from in the Cheaha area.
