The classes that are coming up will include:
January 17-18, 2024 (LS1): Anniston Regional Fire Training Center from January 17 to February 15 2024 (LS2): Anniston Regional Fire Training Center
From March 6 to 6, 20,24 (LS3): Anniston Regional Fire Training Center

East AlabamaWorks Leadership Skills Training provides a variety of leadership roles essential to leading teams to success. AIDT’s Leadership Skills 1, 2 and 3 classes are focused on the fundamental skills that leaders must have to be effective. Although Leadership Skills 1 is recommended as the primary course, students have the option of taking the classes in any sequence. When they have completed every class, participants are required to pass certification exams, resulting with the AIDT Leadership Skills certification.
To ensure accessibility, classes are accessible to all employees of any company or industry that are preparing to or are already in, leadership positions. Since seats are limited potential attendees are advised to sign up as early as possible to guarantee their seat in these vital training sessions.
Although the course itself is offered free of charge however, there is a small charge to cover meals drinks, snacks, and meals. The two-day LS1 courses cost $35 per person. The one-day LS2 and three-day LS3 classes are priced for $20 per person.
