Oxford, AL –In the spirit of the holiday celebrations, New Adventures Learning Center is preparing for its highly anticipated second annual Christmas Family Festival, set to be held on Oxford Civic Center. Oxford Civic Center at Saturday, November 25, between 12:00 pm and 3:00 at 5:00 pm. After the huge popularity of the event last year The organizers are eager to bring more joy and joy to families living in the local community.
The Christmas Family Festival promises a enjoyable afternoon of games and activities, as well as vendors and obviously, lots of entertainment for children of all ages. Families are invited not to forget their dates now and take part in this indoor event.
“We enjoyed ourselves so much the last time, but this is looking at an even more satisfying event,” expressed the organizers of New Adventures Learning Center. The purpose of the event is to create a festive setting in which families gather to celebrate the Christmas season.
If you’re who are interested in participating of the event as a vendor, New Adventures Learning Center will be accepting applications. Vendors are able to display and sell their goods including clothing, art, and more, for a charge of $30 for a 10×10 booth. The vendor fee can be paid through CashApp or Venmo by contacting New Adventures Learning Center via email at karlanalcoxford@gmail.com. It’s important to remember it is the Civic Center is not affiliated with this event and all questions must be directed to the email address.
“We don’t receive a portion of the sales you achieve during the event, it’s yours to keep,” assures the organizers. Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs and displays and are prohibited from using glitter or confetti at the request of the venue.
Furthermore, the organizers are contacting small and local businesses as well as organisations interested in hosting events or games for the Christmas season during the holiday season. The cost of setting up for activities or games is not charged giving the chance for businesses from the local area to interact with their community, display their products and services and spread Christmas festive cheer.
