Calhoun County, AL Every week, Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office releases their weekly “Most Wanted” list. Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” signifies that a person has failed to attend a court hearing and doesn’t necessarily mean that the person is guilty of a criminal offense. A “Probation violation” signifies that the person was charged with a crime and ordered to be on probation justices. “SORNA” is the acronym for Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to do anything independently, but instead call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to inquire further. Sometimes, warrants can be cancelled and the suspect has been removed from the wanted list.
