The route includes Main Street, Snow Street, Choccolocco Street, and Oak Street. However, here’s the catch: the participants need to dress in their preferred “witch,” “warlock,” or “goblin” to take part in the celebration. It’s an excellent chance to show off your Halloween-themed creativity. Also, don’t forget bring some treats for the people who visit It’s all part of the fun!

The best thing concerning The Witches Ride & Walk on Main is that it’s free to all regardless of gender or age. Both children and adults are welcome to participate in the parade. All kinds of vehicles are welcomed such as tricycles, bicycles and skateboards. along with roller skates.

On the 27th of October 2023, Historic Main Street Oxford is set to hold its first “Howl-o-Ween at Main” event. The event will take place from 5 pm to 8 pm The event will be held in conjunction with The Witches Ride & Walk on Main and promises a thrilling event for your pet. Trick or Treat in Main

Trick or Treat on Main is an annual Halloween event for families to take part in. The event is hosted by Historic Main Street Oxford, the City of Oxford, and merchants in the downtown The event is a big hit. It will take place on the 31st of October 2023 between 5 and 8 midnight, it’s the ultimate place to enjoy Halloween.

The event features bounce houses slides, slides carnival games Food trucks, entertainment costumes contests, and the most important thing, free candy! In the past, Trick or Treat on Main has hosted between 20,000 to 25,000 guests which demonstrates its popularity and the community spirit.

Vendors are invited to take part and give out candy. It is important to remember that this isn’t an event for vendors, therefore it is not possible to sell items except if you’re a food vendor. But, organizations and businesses are able to provide promotional and other products and materials for participants.


Oxford PARD Halloween Carnival

Come out to the Halloween celebration in The Oxford Civic Center on Tuesday 31 October 2023, from 4:45 PM until 7 pm. The carnival is open to all children aged 0-12 years old and provides free entry. Tickets for games are purchased for 4 for $1.00. The most exciting part of the evening will be The Costume Contest at 5:30 PM in which imaginative and innovative costumes will be featured on the stage.


Oxford Public Library Story Time Trick-or-Treat in the Library

Take advantage of a special Halloween-themed storytime in Oxford Public Library. Oxford Public Library on Thursday the 26th of October, beginning at 10:30 am. This is a great chance for children of all ages to enjoy Halloween stories and indulge in a snack or two.
