F.T.A (Failure to Appear). Someone didn’t show up for an appointment with a judge and the judge has issued an arrest warrant. F.T.P. – Failure to Pay one has been ordered to pay court costs as well as fines, victim reimbursement as well as a variety of other fees, but hasn’t complied, and the judge has issued a warrant.
