Calhoun County, AL Every week each week, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” signifies that the person did not attend a court hearing and doesn’t necessarily mean that the person is guilty of a criminal offense. A “Probation violation” is when a person is accused of a crime and is put on probation justices. “SORNA” is the acronym for Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.

The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to do anything independently, but instead call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to inquire further. Sometimes, warrants can be cancelled and the suspect is not wanted anymore.
