Piedmont, AL –The wonderful Halloween season is just across the horizon as it’s the City of Piedmont is preparing to host its cherished annual Downtown Halloween Trick or Treat event. On the 31st of October, on a Tuesday between 4 and 6:30 pm, the downtown area of Piedmont will turn into a fun and spooky play area for all the goblins and ghosts.
An old-fashioned tradition for the local community This Downtown Trick or Treat event promises a night filled with amazing surprises and terrifying delights for visitors and residents of all age groups. The fun begins at 4 p.m., when the streets of downtown are filled with the spirit of Halloween.
To ensure a secure as well as enjoyable time for all to enjoy, the four blocks downtown will be shut off until 3 pm, which will allow local businesses to put up their special treats as well as Halloween-themed decorations. From 4 pm onwards costumes-wearing Trick or Treaters are able to visit the fun, colorful and creatively decorated storefronts, and then visit businesses participating in the event to purchase the Halloween goodies they have collected.
This festival isn’t just about sweets and candy It’s also a great occasion for people from all walks of life to come together to celebrate Halloween, and appreciate the creativity and energy local businesses have put into their display. From cauldrons to cobwebs, from pirates to pumpkins, guaranteed to see a variety of imaginative decorations, and of course, lots of sweets!
The City of Piedmont invites all to join in the festivities on October 31 2023, between 4 and 6 hours. If you’re a family with children who are eager to load their bags full of treats or an adult who wants to remember the magic of Halloween It’s an event that will bring joy to everyone.
