Calhoun County, AL Each week, Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office releases their weekly “Most Wanted” list. Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” indicates that a person has failed to attend a court hearing and doesn’t necessarily mean that they are that they are guilty of a crime. A “Probation violation” is when a person is accused of a crime and is ordered to be on probation justices. “SORNA” is the acronym for Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to do anything by themselves, but to call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to inquire further. There are occasions when warrants can be cancelled and the suspect has been removed from the wanted list.
