Oxford, AL – The Oxford Public Library is getting ready for an exciting autumn break. It will offer an exciting program of activities and events that are designed to entertain and engage all members of the community. From October 9th until October 13th, individuals and families from all ages are invited to come out and enjoy their vacation with a wide range of fun and educational activities.

The Fall Break Program:

Monday September 9th, 10th October: Do Home Crafts (All Day)

Get your creative juices flowing! The library will supply DIY craft kits that can be taken home that allow participants to express their creative talents according to their individual pace.

Tuesday 10th of October, Enjoy with Science (1:00 PM) The program is appropriate for children in the elementary grades.

Scientists, get ready to embark on a thrilling journey! Begin at 1:00pm to experience a thrilling program that will “Fun by Science.” Discover fascinating experiments and experience the wonders of science in a fun and hands-on method.

Wednesday, October 11th:Movie Screening (11:00 AM) – Featuring “Tangled”

Visit at the library to enjoy a full day filled with cinematic pleasure! The library will open at 11:15 AM. They will show the cult animation film “Tangled.” Take your popcorn and revel in the wonders of Disney.
