1. Neewollah is Noble + Jazz & Art Festival 10/21/23 Date: Thursday the 19th of October until Saturday, October 21st 2023
– Event The 2023 Jazz & Art Festival
– Closures:
The parking lot on the corner between 12th Street and Noble Street will be closed during the festival.
The weekend of October 21, from 2pm until 9:00 pm, Noble Street will be closed from 9th Street to 12th Street to celebrate this year’s Neewollah on Noble Halloween event.
2. Coldwater Mountain Fat Tire Festival | 10/20/23 – – 10/22/23
Date: Friday October 20th – Sunday 22nd October, 2023
– – Event: Coldwater Mountain Fat Tire Festival
– Closures:
The area surrounding Zinn Park will be closed for the duration of the event.
— West 13th Street and West 14th Street will be shut from Moore and Gurnee Avenue.
A portion of 10th Street, from its intersection with Noble Street to its intersection with Gurnee Avenue, will be shut down on October 20th.
3. Glenwood Terrace Trick-Or-Treating | 10/31/23
Date: Tuesday October 31 2023
– – Event: Glenwood Terrace’s annual night of Trick-Or-Treating
– Closures:
The area of Glenwood Terrace, from its intersection with Highland Avenue to its intersection with Coleman Drive, will be closed from 5:30 PM to 8:30 pm.
— Highland Avenue, from its intersection with Oak Street to its intersection with East 7th Street, will be shut down during this period.
– Please note that this event is run by the Glenwood Terrace residents. Glenwood Terrace with safety support from the city. It usually occurs on Halloween except if Halloween occurs on the Sunday.
