Calhoun County, AL Each week, Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office releases their weekly “Most Wanted” list Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” indicates that a person has failed to show up for a court appearance but does not necessarily mean that the person is guilty of a criminal offense. A “Probation violation” is when a person was charged with a crime and is ordered to be placed under probation justices. “SORNA” is the acronym for Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.

The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to do anything independently, but instead call with the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department to inquire further. There are occasions when warrants can be cancelled and the individual is not wanted anymore.
