Calhoun County, AL Every week, each week, the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Office released their latest “Most wanted” list. A “FTA” signifies that the person did not show up for a court appearance but does not necessarily mean that they are that they are guilty of a crime. A “Probation violation” signifies that the person was charged with a crime and is put on probation justices. “SORNA” is the acronym for Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.

The Sheriff’s Office would like to remind everyone not to make any decisions independently, but instead call authorities such as the Sheriff’s Office or local Police Department for them to look into the matter further. There are occasions when warrants may be removed and the individual is not wanted anymore.
