Anniston, AL –Anniston High School is the venue of this year’s Woodstock 5k as well as the Kidstock 1k on the 5th of August beginning at 7:15 am. The Anniston Runners Club (ARC) and its club members welcome you to attend their most prestigious annual event- The Historical Woodstock 5K, and Kidstock 1K! The 2023 race has been renamed the RRCA National 5K Championship! Woodstock is a great and healthy event for the whole community that sees more than 1200 walkers and runners gather to make a splash! Make sure to mark your calendars for the 5th of August 2023, 2023 for the most storied race in the southeast!
Woodstock is a thrilling 5K race with world-class start/finish lines, our renowned finish line on Woodstock Avenue and a groovy post-race party that includes food and fun! It’s been over 10 years that the Woodstock course record was broken by male and female runners. The runner with the fastest time, male or female, who beats records on the race will win the additional amount of $500! This could be $1000 to the top overall winner!
