In the current episode Culture Rich Conversations from Juneau’s Black Awareness Association, they close out the third season with an honest and unprejudiced discussion about the LGBTQIAand the Community of Color and Indigenous Peoples in Alaska! Moderator Christina Michelle and her guests engage in a lively discussion on this special lived experience.

The present day, Christina Michelle and her guests discuss the meaning of being part of the community and what it is like to be a part of Alaska. From workplace discrimination to the many things that need to be addressed in order for teens to receive the proper support, Christina Michelle gives an unequivocal look at the difficult realities that many people face each day.

A member of the Black Awareness Association from the town of Juneau’s Christina Michelle hosts today’s program.
