The Juneau Underground Motion Picture Society film festival returns at the Gold Town Nickelodeon for the first time since 2019. The JUMP Society screens short films by Juneau residents and brings them to the big screen at festivals that are held in spring and fall. This weekend, the film festival returns for the 2022 Winter Film Festival. Andy Kline and Pat Race discuss the weekend’s short films and filmmakers.
Today’s show will also feature Susu and The Prophets, who will tell us all about tonight’s Red Dog concert. This is their first live performance in person in three years. Musician Erin Heist will talk about her new album “From The Land of Rusted Dreams” and we’ll learn all about Lue Isaac, the Juneau Artists Gallery.
