Wednesday is the day Alaskans awaited. At 4:00 p.m., Ranked Choice Voting Tabulation was conducted at the Alaska Division of Elections headquarters located in Juneau. It determined the results of U.S. House & Senate races as well as many state legislative races.
The counts included only first-choice votes. If a candidate received more than half of the votes, he or she will win. The race was reshuffled to.
The division will certify the election results by Nov. 29.
