Disturbance is reported by Arizona female prison in Goodyear

The ACLU’s organizer ACLU began receiving emails regarding complaints about heat from women in the prison. The prison said that the Lumley unit had been placed under lockdown following a dispute that broke out, and that temperatures in the cells were well over 90 degrees.
