Builders report declining sales for midyear

Lennar kept its top position as the number. number one construction company for Southern Nevada in the latest mid-year rankings, which show that sales dropped 4.1 percent in the first quarter of 2023, among the builders who are a part of the Las Nevada-based Home Builders Research.
