Dems make a move to change the order of 2024’s presidential primary

The Democratic Party on Saturday approved changing the order of its presidential primary in 2024 to replace Iowa in the leadoff spot with South Carolina in the leadoff place to make a significant change that is designed to empower Black and other minorities crucial to their base of supporters.
