Harry Reid International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world. It has changed how it interacts and communicates with its customers.

Frontier Airlines no longer allows customers to speak to a live agent by phone. Instead, they direct them to digital support options such as chatting over the Internet.

The airline, based in Denver, stated, “Our Customer Care function has recently moved to fully digital communications, which enables us to ensure our customers receive the information they require as expeditiously as possible.” We have discovered that customers prefer to communicate via digital channels.

Frontier advises customers to reach them via social media and the WhatsApp messaging system if they have questions. Frontier also has a chatbot that can answer your most common questions on its website.

The airline stated that live chat is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, if live support is required.

Frontier customers who call the number get a prerecorded message saying that the airline offers the lowest prices “by operating our airline the most efficiently possible.”

Frontier was the third busiest domestic carrier at Reid Airport in September. It served 488,266 passengers. This is an increase of 15.9 percent from last year.
