A bill that requires corrections personnel in Nevada to set standards for care for transgender prisoners was signed into law by Nevada Governor. Joe Lombardo. It is an important victory for trans rights advocates in a time of legislators from conservative parties across the nation want to restrict the rights of transgender people.
