Mansion deal worth $75 million to be completed by around mid-May

Las Vegas development firm Terra Firma has announced a brand new residence project located at the top of the hillsides of the MacDonald Highlands under contract for an unprecedented $75 million. The company said it will be among the biggest homes ever constructed in the valley, with five thousand square feet.
