Miss USA R’Bonney Gabriel wins Miss Universe Competition

R’Bonney Gabriel from Texas, who is a fashion designer and model as well as a sewing instructor, was crowned Miss Universe Saturday night. Officials said that she is the first Filipino American to be crowned Miss USA.
